Blerim Limani is an academic and communication specialist with extensive experience in higher education, strategic advising, corporate training, and intercultural communication. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Governance and Administration from South East European University, an M.A. in Organizational and Professional Communication and Development from Ball State University, and a B.A. in Communication Studies and Technologies from South East European University. He has taught communication, critical thinking, creativity, teamwork, information literacy, and organizational training and development at universities in the Middle East, the United States, and the Western Balkans. His professional work includes advising politicians, supporting public health and risk communication initiatives, and delivering cross-cultural training for senior executives. His research focuses on interethnic conflict prevention, public diplomacy, place branding, health communication, organizational development, and political tolerance.

Emira Limani, Ph.D., is Associate Professor and former Head of the Marketing Department at the American University of the Middle East in Kuwait. With over 15 years of higher education, she specializes in accreditation processes (AACSB, QAA, NECHE, and national frameworks), strategic planning, and assurance of learning. As an AACSB Facilitator for Business Administration and Strategic Planning Seminars, she has led faculty engagement initiatives that strengthened continuous improvement and societal impact. Her research focuses on AI-enhanced marketing education, digital consumer behavior, and place branding, with publications in international journals and contributions to Springer volumes. She has presented at global conferences, moderated sessions at Times Higher Education MENA Summit, and actively participates in professional associations such as the International Place Brand Association and the Institute of Place Management.

Ilir Jusufi, Ph.D., is a Docent (Associate Professor) in Computer Science at Blekinge Institute of Technology, Sweden. With over 15 years of experience in higher education and research, he specializes in data visualization, visual analytics and human-computer interaction, turning complex data into clear, actionable insight. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Linnaeus University, an M.S. in Computer Science from Växjö University, and a B.S. in Computer Science from South East European University. He has taught visualization, databases, and web and mobile development at universities in Sweden and Kosovo, and has coordinated and directed master’s programmes. His applied work spans healthcare, manufacturing, e-commerce and high-performance computing, including a postdoc at UC Davis in collaboration with Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. His current research focuses on trustworthy and explainable AI, visual analytics, and data-driven user experience. He has published widely in international journals and conferences and has won two best paper awards.
